  1. Eligibility:

    • This program is exclusively for primary, higher primary, and college teachers.
    • Other individuals, including non-teaching staff and students, are not permitted to attend.
    • Chief guests and VIPs can be part of this program.
  2. Attendance:

    • Participants must arrive at the session at least 30 minutes in advance.
    • Late arrivals may not be allowed to the session to avoid disruptions.
  3. Conduct:

    • Mobile phones must be kept in silent mode. Only emergency calls should be attended.
    • Questions should be reserved for designated Q&A sessions to ensure smooth proceedings.
    • All participants are expected to show respect towards fellow attendees and facilitators.
    • Any form of misbehavior or disrespect will result in disciplinary action, which could include expulsion from the program.
  4. Facilities:

    • Lunch and snacks will be provided to all participants.
    • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings; the program organizers are not liable for any loss or damage.
  5. Participation:

    • Active participation in workshops and activities is encouraged to maximize learning outcomes.
    • Feedback forms will be distributed at the end of each session to help improve future programs.
  6. Health and Safety:

    • Participants are expected to adhere to any health and safety guidelines provided by the organizers.
